Danceworks' Competition Team

 DanceWorks’ Competition Dance Team consists of dancers who demonstrate exceptional dance technique and performance ability along with the discipline that is necessary to compete. These dancers will attend workshops offered in the Tri-state area. Dancers are chosen directly from our weekly classes who demonstrate exceptional talent and a desire to have the opportunity to perform. DanceWorks’ Competition Team dancers learn choreography and travel throughout the Tri-State area competing against top dance schools! Our dancers have earned countless awards including: Overall High Score, Division High Score, Entertainment Awards, Platinum, High Gold, Gold. Many of DanceWorks’ Team Members have been awarded scholarships to study with world renowned choreographers and have been awarded scholarships to perform in National Competition’s Dance Teams! Being a part of our DanceWorks’ Competition Dance Team is a commitment and requires hours of hard work and dedication. I am proud of all of our Competition Team Members’ accomplishments!
